Interesting interview with Andre Andreev and Dan Covert (a.k.a Dress Code) over at grain edit. Based in new york, they have recently released their new book titled Never Sleep which deals with the issues and experiences of the transition between being a design student and a design professional. They feel that there is a mojor disconnect between the life of a design student and the transition to being a design professional.
The book itself is filled with their own personal experiences and shares with you the faliures and successes they encountered during their years at college and within the field. The book would appear to be a useful guide for design student not knowing what to do once they leave the comforts of college and enter the real world.
